Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Checkstool (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
The Service provides device information checks (by IMEI or serial number) sourced from third-party providers. Results are provided “as is” and depend on external databases; we do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or availability of any particular result.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Balance & Payments
Checks are paid from your account balance. Balance is added via invoices approved by our team. Each check consumes balance at the price shown at the time of ordering. Reprocessing the same device is a new, separately charged order.
5. Refunds
Completed checks are non-refundable. If a check is rejected by the provider, the amount is automatically returned to your balance. Account balance is credit for Service usage and is not redeemable for cash unless required by law.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, including checking or trafficking stolen devices, circumventing security, or violating any applicable law or third-party rights. We may block IMEIs/serials and refuse service at our discretion.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Checkstool is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on check results.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
