Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026. This policy explains what data Checkstool collects and how it is used.

1. Data we collect

Account and contact details you provide at registration (username, email, name, country, phone, optional Telegram, company, website); the IMEIs/serials you submit for checks; transactions and invoices; and technical data such as IP address and browser information from login and usage logs.

2. How we use it

To operate the Service (process checks, manage balance and invoices), to provide support, to prevent fraud and abuse, to communicate with you about your account, and to comply with legal obligations.

3. Third parties

To perform a check, the device identifier you submit is sent to upstream check providers. We share only what is necessary to fulfill your request. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Cookies & sessions

We use a secure session cookie to keep you logged in and to remember preferences (language, theme). It is required for the Service to function.

5. Data retention

We retain account, order, and invoice records as long as your account is active and as needed for legal, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes.

6. Security

We protect data with encryption of sensitive secrets at rest, hashed passwords, optional two-factor authentication, and access controls. No method is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

7. Your rights

You may request access to or correction of your personal data, or account deletion, by contacting support, subject to legal retention requirements.

8. Contact

For privacy questions or requests, contact support.
